At Lisa and Warren London, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be times when you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.
Return Process

Notify us of your return by email at info@lisawarrenlondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Upon confirmation, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

You will send the item back at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received at the return address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, it is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
